Good to know
- PDF is the best output for long pages — it stays readable and keeps selectable text and links. PNG is one tall image.
- Browser-internal pages can't be captured (chrome://, the Web Store, extension pages) — that's a Chrome restriction.
- Infinite feeds (e.g. a social home feed) can't be captured in full — those pages destroy content as you scroll, so no capture tool can get all of it. A specific post or article captures fine.
- When you save a PDF, Chrome briefly shows a "started debugging this browser" bar. That's normal and required to build a real PDF; it closes itself. Saving a PNG doesn't show it.
